Tau 5-8 will be heading to Ohakune with Koro John for a one-day Puanganui Wāngana at Maungārongo Marae on Tuesday 4th August. Koro John and the tamariki will leave kura at lunchtime on Monday 3rd of August and stay the night at Koro's cousins', then attend the wānanga on Tuesday at the Maungārongo Marae, and head home once finished. 

Mufti can be worn to Kura on Monday

Bring full kura uniform for the powhiri on Tuesday

Bring sleeping wear, toiletries, sleeping bag and pillow

Please submit permission slips ASAP

This month's haerenga is for our Year 5-8s.

Friday 24th July - Attending a Blessing in Okaiawa with whaea Robyn.

Wednesday 29th July - Water Testing with Koro John and whaea Marama in Waingongoro.

Both will be during kura hours of learning. Please fill in both permission slips for these, as they start this week.

Please have tamariki in their full correct uniform to represent our kura while attending these ngā mahi.

We have gumboots at kura if needed for the water testing; tamariki are to wear socks.
